Affiliate Program Terms

1. Acceptance of Terms

By applying to and participating in the HelixaLife Affiliate Program (“the Program”), you agree to these Affiliate Program Terms. If you do not agree, do not apply or promote HelixaLife.

2. Research-Use-Only Positioning

All HelixaLife products are sold exclusively for laboratory and scientific research purposes and are not for human or veterinary consumption. This is the single most important obligation in these terms.

Affiliates may not, in any medium:

• Make medical, treatment, cure, prevention, or disease claims of any kind;
• Describe dosing, administration, cycling, or protocols for human or animal use;
• Imply a product is a drug, supplement, therapy, or fit for personal use;
• Present anecdotes, before/after imagery, or testimonials suggesting human use;
• Make unapproved health, performance, weight-loss, or anti-aging claims.

Violation of this section may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

3. Application and Approval

Affiliate accounts are created on submission. HelixaLife reviews each application and may approve, decline, or revoke participation at its sole discretion, including based on traffic quality, audience, or content suitability.

4. Commissions

Commission is earned on verified, qualified sales attributed to your unique tracking link. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Commission is calculated on the product subtotal, excluding shipping and tax;
• Attribution uses a 30-day cookie from the referred visitor’s click;
• Commissions are subject to a 30-day holding period before becoming payable;
• Commission on refunded, cancelled, charged-back, or fraudulent orders is reversed.

5. Payouts

Payouts are issued manually by HelixaLife after review. You are responsible for supplying accurate payment details and for all taxes on amounts you receive. HelixaLife may withhold payment pending verification of suspicious activity.

6. Prohibited Promotion

• Bidding on HelixaLife brand terms or misspellings in paid search without written permission;
• Unsolicited email, SMS, or spam of any kind;
• Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, iframes, adware, or any artificial inflation of referrals;
• Self-referrals or purchases through your own link;
• Coupon, deal, or discount-code sites unless expressly approved;
• Misrepresenting yourself as HelixaLife or as an employee or agent of HelixaLife;
• Promotion on sites containing illegal, adult, hateful, or infringing content.

7. Trademarks and Creative

HelixaLife grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use approved names, logos, and creative assets solely to promote HelixaLife during your participation. You may not alter brand assets or register domains, social handles, or business names containing “HelixaLife” or confusingly similar variants. All promotional materials are subject to approval.

8. Compliance

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and platform policies, including the FTC Endorsement Guides. You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your affiliate relationship wherever you promote HelixaLife.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate participation at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. On termination your links are deactivated and you must remove HelixaLife branding. HelixaLife may withhold or reverse commissions associated with breaches of these terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

HelixaLife may update these terms at any time. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Program is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HelixaLife is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation. Total liability is limited to commissions payable to you in the three months preceding the claim.
